10. Seller Policies

You must first create a Seller account in order to list your goods and Rebates on the Cashbackbase as a Seller.

Seller bears sole responsibility for Seller Content and the repercussions of uploading or publishing it. In connection with Seller Content, Seller affirms, represents, and/or warrants that Seller owns or has the required licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to the Seller Content and to grant Cashbackbase the rights and licenses under all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights in and to any and all Seller Content in the manner contemplated.

Seller also acknowledges that the internet has no geographical borders, and as a result, Seller agrees to follow all local rules governing online behavior and appropriate Seller Content. Seller also agrees to abide by all applicable laws governing the transfer of technological data exported from the United States or the nation in which you live.

Cashbackbase reserves the right to remove any Seller Content from the Site and will completely cooperate with any law enforcement authorities and/or agencies with any investigation, including the complete and immediate termination of your registration and/or accounts with Cashbackbase. Cashbackbase and its designees reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to delete any Seller Material. Seller agrees to evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Seller Material, including any dependence on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. In this regard, you agree that you may not depend on any Seller Content generated by Cashbackbase or submitted to Cashbackbase.

You shall not impose any requirements on shoppers in order for them to be qualified to receive rebates, such as requiring them to visit your site, leave a review, or provide feedback.

You shall not apply negative pressure to buyers in order to approve their refunds, nor shall you give any kind of incentive in return for reviews. You should not provide any URLs to leave reviews.

You are not permitted to control the product's price. The price listed on the Site must be the same as the price listed on your marketplace.

Cashbackbase and its designees reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to delete any Seller Material.

Cashbackbase and its designees take no responsibility for the Seller's rebate campaign's effectiveness.

Cashbackbase and its designees take no responsibility for the buyers' actions.

Cashbackbase and its designees are not obligated to refund any money to the seller that was sent as a reimbursement to the buyers.

The Seller promises not to bring any disputes against Cashbackbase for the money paid to the Buyers in the form of rebates.

Cashbackbase is under no duty to hold any money received from a Seller or any third party to pay a Rebate claim in a separate account or to pay any interest on the money to Seller.
